Baga Travel Guide

Baga Overview

Baga beach is popular and highly commercial beach located in the north of Goa, India.   Expect many raucous Indian tourist, excessive amounts of boating and water sports and an all around fun atmosphere. Located about 3 Km north of Calangute, Baga beach is actually just a continuation of Calangute Beach

Baga beach offers a wide range of beach sacks, restaurants, bar and clubs and is probably one of the best beaches for contemporary ordinary nightlife.   With plenty of shopping, entertainment both on and off the beach, Baga should not disappoint those looking for action in Goa.

Baga Beach is accessible by busses departing from other regions of Goa such as Arambol, Mapusa and Panaji. If you staying in Baga, we recommend renting a scooter, motorcycle or car to get out and get around, as there are many interesting sites to see up and down the coast.
