Millions of tourists choose to visit Milan each year. It's not hard to see why, given that this must be the most beautiful city on the planet. If you're planning to visit Milan then you may be wondering which part of the city to head for.

The reality is that this is a place that is wonderfully suited to tourists and which is able to offer a wide range of holiday options. Where you choose to stay may well depend on the type of Milan holiday that your are planning.

Let's begin by looking at the great places in Milan. For those visiting Italy for the first time, the beautiful cities are often top of the agenda. Even picking a favourite city is difficult.

Rome offers the chance to see ancient ruins and the splendour of the Vatican City. Indeed, the capital is a hectic, fun place to spend time. Here you can feel like you are mixing with great figures from the past.

But who could say that Rome is better than Venice, for example? The latter offers a different experience but one that is just as spectacular. Visiting Venice for the first time, you can't help but wonder at its location. This is a unique city.

Two great places to stay and yet Florence, Pisa, Siena and Milan are all also able to capture the imagination. Where should you choose? We all have our favourites, but the key is to decide upon the type of holiday that you want and then pick a location to suit.

Lombardy, the home of Milan, accounts for almost one quarter of the economy of Italy. With the huge economic success of the area, and of Milan in particular, it has become a perfect place for luxury holidays and short breaks. I've been driving the Milan shuttles for a fair few years now, and thought I'd explain why we have the best of everything here in Milan; if you can afford it, Milan can offer some of the most luxurious experiences in the world.

What if you want to get away from city life and experience rural Italy? Fortunately, you will still not be short of options.

Personal favourites would include Tuscany and the stunning Amalfi coast. Indeed, either of these locations would also enable you to enjoy a mix of rural and urban, should you so wish.

We shouldn't overlook the Italian lakes either. This area of northern Italy has some of the finest scenery in the country.

One of the great things about visiting any of these regions is that you'll be assured of a warm welcome and some great hospitality. The Italians are rightly famed for their great cuisine and wines too.

As you travel through the country you'll discover your own favourite dishes, wines and regions. So where should you start?

That's very much up to you. My personal opinion would be that you can't go far wrong with a visit to Tuscany. Enjoy the countryside, taste the wines and make time for Siena, Pisa and Florence while you're there.

While planning your Kenya safari, try and include Hell's Gate National park in Naivasha. I went there with my family 2 years ago and i have decided to tell everybody about this wonerful place in Kenya. We went on a 8 days safari including Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha (Hell's gate) and finished our safari in Samburu National park. Our agent "Inside Africa Budget Safaris" told us that Hells gate was part of the itenerary, we didnt say no since she was the expert. Let me tell you more about this wonerful place called Hells Gate and the history which we gathered from the locals there.

Hell's Gate National Park is a tiny park located between Naivasha Lake and Longonot and Suswa volcanoes and it is an ideal venue for a weekend retreat far from the urban life of Nairobi. The park provides a variety of wildlife, unusual flora and many species of birds and is one of the two only kenyan parks where climbing, walking and biking are allowed.Hell's Gate in Naivasha is an ideal getaway place enroute to Lake Nakuru or the Masai Mara.Visitors here have the choice of driving while game vieing, camping, cycling and rock climbing. Naivasha town is the second coast and to the majority who can not make it or afford  the beaches and the white sand, this is the place to be.Hell's Gate National Park is a beautiful park that has bufalloes, gazelles, zebras, giraffe and ostrich among others. The park got its name after a narrow break in the cliffs, once a tributary of a prehistoric lake that fed early humans in the Rift Valley.Despite its name, Hell's Gate, given by the explorers Fisher and Thomson (1883) after their defeat against the hostile Maasai warriors, the park is a peaceful area where you can walk or do biking alongside towering cliffs and wild animals.

Hell's Gate stand in a class of its own, visitors here have the choice of driving, walking, camping, cycling and rock - climbing within the park while horseback safaris can also be arranged. For nature lovers, the entrance to the gorge is a perfect place for breakfast before descending for a gorgeous walk in this old canyon. Some of the spectacular scenerary in the park includes the towering cliffs water - gouged gorges, stark of rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes and the rising plumes of geothermal stream.

On entering the the park, one is welcomed by the 25m high Fischers tower that rise high in the sky and which is used by novices in rock climbing to the highest point of the tower with the help of trained guides. The jugged volcanic plug is all that remains of an ancient volcano and its named after the  German explorer Gustav Fischer.According to the Maasai who claim that the park was their ancestral land, the rock is petrified  figure of a chief's daughter. The story goes that the girl was on her way to get married and was warned against looking behind lest she would turn into a rock. And just like the story of Sodom and Gomorah, she went against the instruction and took one last glance at her home and the tower is a reminder of what happened to her, she turned into a rock.

According to palmeris, the rock offers excellent climbing and is a home to a colony of rock hyrax among other small animals. The towering cliffs and undulating grasslands provide one of the few remaining places where one can walk alongside herds of bufallo, zebra and giraffes.Deeper into the lodge is the lower gorge that offers an opportunitry to explore the long, winding, deeper curves of the Ol Njorowe Gorge. In here water hot water springs which some claims are medicinal for those with skin diseases can be found and the tour for the strong hearted is breathtaking. The rising steam from various parts of the park is a clear indication of the geothermal power.

For bird lovers, this is just the perfect place for you, an incredible 103 species of birds have been recorded in the park. The massive cliff in the park provide a home for thousands of swift birds as well as unique breeding ground for vulture, augur buzzard, verreaux eagle and the rare Lamergeyer vulture. There is the Mervyn carnelly raptor hide, which is a unique bird viewing hide that incorparates a one way window. This allows visitors to view and photograph the raptors, which are birds of prey atexceptionally close range.

Discover this wonderful place while in Kenya.

Now I feel like really want to leave Yogyakarta as soon as possible. But before I can realize it, I have to reach a goal that sooooooo hard and basically I'm too lazy to do it. Yeah, graduation. I have to graduate my college first then I can live anywhere I want. I can bring my backpack and go ahead for backpacking. from Bali, it seems so easy to reach any country. Like Australia, Japan, and so on. There's direct flight from Bali to those countries. Oh my, I'm sure even you that aren't citizens of Indonesia also want to live there.Since people called it as God Island and the sceneries there were damn beautiful! The heat of the weather's so sexy, I'd love to tan my skin and wear some tropical clothes. Wow that's fu**ing awesome! I terribly love Bali, the cool places there, the night life, the arts, and the culture. Soon to be realized! Amin.

What's so special about Yogyakarta, Indonesia?

Here I want to tell you guys why I recommend Yogyakarta to visit when you're in Indonesia.

Located within the Yogyakarta province, this Special Region of Yogyakarta (casually called as Jogja or Yogya) well known as the center of classical Javanese fine art such as batik (a traditional clothing with unique pattern that already registered in UNESCO as Indonesia World Heritage), wayang (traditional puppet), traditional dances like Bedhoyo Dance, and too many nice tourism object that you have to visit. Its location that near Indian Ocean in the south makes Yogyakarta has many beaches. Some of my favorite beach are maybe not too famous within foreign tourist communities; like Baron Beach, Ngobaran Beach, Kukup Beach, and Krakal Beach. They are sooo beautiful with their white sands and very clear water. Because of not too many people that come to the beaches, so the beaches were still very virgin. I always imagine a beach in Phi Phi Island, Thailand, the beach at The Beach movie starred by Leonardo Dicaprio when I was in those beaches. Their beauty are not too different. Yeah I can say it because am a beach maniac. Those beaches I told are quite far from the city. We'll need 1 or 1,5 hours to reach them if we use car. But it takes longer time if we use motorcycle. I am sure it will be very worth it if you have arrived there because the view was soooo amazing! maybe you can take a look at these links to know how beautiful they are :

Ngobaran Beach : http://ngobaranbeach.blogspot.com/

Ok, then after check them, what's your opinion? Nice, huh?
There's also famous beaches that people always remember, like Parangtritis Beach, Parang Kusumo Beach, and also Depok Beach (its location is near a fishermen village, so you can eat fresh sea foods there). You can googling to know more about them. Hmm, Yogyakarta also has many historical museums or cultural museums, like Train Museum, Museum of Batik, Museum of Affandi (a famous painter in Indonesia), and many more. You, who loved to visit museum and have a sightseeing inside the old building and full of historical and interesting things and have a time-warp imagination like me, really have to visit those museums!
Hey don't worry, all of those places could be accessed using Google Earth, okay?
So nothing you have to worried.
You can choose any transportation here, there's traditional vehicles like tricycle/becak (a modified bicycle with three wheels and the driver will bring you anywhere you want), andong (a little bit similar with tricycle but it uses horse as a media to pulled the vehicle and also there's a driver). or you can choose modern public transportation, like Trans Jogja (city bus), regular bus, motorcycle (so many rentals provide motorcycle to rent), and also car. Just say it and they make it! :)

Err.. ok I'm kind of tired now to write more. My eyes irritated because of I have been in front of the pc like 3 hours! lol.
I'll continue things that you have to know about Yogyakarta, the city that I'm currently stay in. Cheers and see you around guys!
